Camilla Esercizio

As a senior recruiter with KeyPartners, Camilla plays a vital role in identifying and connecting with top talent, building relationships with clients, and implementing best practices in recruitment and onboarding. She conducts market research to stay informed on industry trends and societal shifts, and uses this knowledge to develop effective recruitment strategies. 

Camilla is responsible for creating and facilitating training sessions for hiring managers and regularly conducts workshops on recruitment and onboarding best practices for management personnel. She also evaluates and improves recruitment and onboarding procedures through data analysis and feedback from prospective employees and hiring managers. 

Camilla is passionate about psychology and sustainability. In her free time, she enjoys reading scientific journals and publications on psychology and sociology, traveling with her family and visiting design and modern art museums. 

Before joining KeyPartners, Camilla gained experience in recruitment and personnel development through internships at Intesa Sanpaolo Corporate Division, as well as roles in marketing, corporate social responsibility and as an HR consultant for Innovatec Spa, @terea, MikroKapital and Klecha&Co. She holds a master’s degree in marketing and organizational psychology from the Catholic University of Milan and a certificate in psychotherapy from the Giorgio Nardone School of Brief Strategic Therapy in Arezzo.
